I can’t recommend Rosie enough. I went in right before my Hyrox race feeling tight and worried about performance, and she completely turned things around. Her knowledge of the body and attention to detail were obvious from the start. Not only was the massage incredibly effective, but she also took the time to understand what I needed as an athlete. I walked out feeling looser, more confident, and truly ready to compete. Grateful to have had her help at such a critical time. Will be back 100x!!
Rosalina is the one and only lymphatic drainage massage therapist i will go to. She has helped me so unbelievably since I developed lymphedema due to reconstructive surgery. Rosalina is absolutely amazing. She does such a great job with my patients that I hired her personally to help my mother with lymphatic massage following her knee surgery.
