Juan is the man! I called with a difficult repair and he was ready to go! He didn't try to overcharge like many shops, called me with updates and estimates before doing more work, showed video proof, the old parts, and explained the problems that were going on well enough for someone who knows nothing about cars to understand. 10/10 upstanding, informative, and understanding. This guy worked so well with me being super anxious
I went by his shop to get a price on some work on my vehicle. He looked at the vehicle which required a new part, but he assured me he would call for the part. He quoted me $500.00 for labor, but once he got the price for the part he would let me know. I told him I needed it right away because I drive the car to go to work daily.
