I had a great experience and chris was an awesome instructor. Although i’m disappointed that i have to pay an additional fee just to get more training. I was told i could come back and get more training but never was told i would have to pay an additional 150 when i already paid 250 for the class. They should definitely let people come back and get the training they need if we are already paying for the class.
I had a great experience with my forklift certification course thanks to an outstanding instructor Chris. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the training both informative and engaging. The instructor took time to explain safety procedures thoroughly and made sure everyone understood the equipment before getting behind the wheel.
