DO NOT HIRE FOR REPAIR SERVICES! The tech arrived on Monday and took a look at our lift parked outside. Nobody contacted me or spoke with anyone on site to discuss what may be wrong with our lift. He spent maybe an hour there and left, did not turn the power off and killed our battery. Tuesday, I followed up with Lone Star's dispatcher asking if there is any update or diagnosis from the tech visit the day before and that he killed our battery. Would recommend getting your training here. The instructor was attentive, professional, and considerate.
I had a great experience and chris was an awesome instructor. Although i’m disappointed that i have to pay an additional fee just to get more training. I was told i could come back and get more training but never was told i would have to pay an additional 150 when i already paid 250 for the class. They should definitely let people come back and get the training they need if we are already paying for the class.
I had a great experience with my forklift certification course thanks to an outstanding instructor Chris. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the training both informative and engaging.
