RIP OFF!!! DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE. I HAD 3 SEALS REPLACED ON THE UPPER 3 CYCLINDERS. THE TECH SAID IT WAS A EASY JOB. HE BROKE SOMETHING ON MY LIFT. TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET IT BACK. THEN CHARGE $2700.00 JUST FOR SEALS REALLY? SEAL COST $100.00. THEY SAY NOT FOR LENDER FORKLIFT, THEY SENT ME BECAUSE THEY BROKE ANOTHER PART WHILE FIXING IT. DO NOT LET THEM OVER CHARGE YOU OR RIP YOU OFF. THERE ARE BETTER PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
Darrell was very thorough and patient. He also gave great feedback which helped everyone improve as we trained.
