Waited 1 hour and 25 minutes past my scheduled arrival time with no communication, explanation or apology. For a colonoscopy this was outrageous. By the time I was taken back, I had not eaten in 27 hours, I had nothing to drink in 5 and 1/2 hours! This is unacceptable. Heather my pre-op nurse was so very sweet and surprised at my lengthy wait. She tried very hard to calm me down since my blood pressure had skyrocketed to 202/92!!!!! Well no wonder given the situation I was exposed to. My BP is normally 110/64!!!! Thank you H... read more
I highly recommend this outstanding facility! I have never been treated so kindly by every single team member. I am cold natured and 3 different people volunteered to get warm blankets and place on me. They are highly skilled - my vein for the IV was found on the first “stick” (by Tiffany) which rarely happens with my teeny and rolling veins. What a great experience. Anesthesia knocked me right out and when i woke up i was good to go. They even called the next day to follow up on my health. I highly recommend to everyone especially if you are nearing that age.... get tested.....!!!!
The care I received was fantastic!! Very attentive, patient, friendly and genuinely caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
