Jay and Mary are not trustworthy. I did an advertisement campaign for their "Bikes For Kids" charity and helped them raise thousands of dollars and collect over 80 bikes for kids in Central Texas. Several sponsors contributed to the success of the charity, with the exception of Lone Star Ebikes, who has neglected to pay their invoices of less than $1000. My bike is my only means of transportation right now and I had a flat on the way home from work today. Emailed LoneStar Ebikes and they’re gonna fix it for me tomorrow 👍👍👍. Great customer service

I love this place! Everyone is so helpful and they made me feel right at home! They spent a lot of time letting me test ride the bikes the three times I visited before I decided on just the right one for me. I never knew just how fun riding a bike could be! Wanted to thank Johnny for the great tune up on my Bulls. Rode 15 miles today at Dana Peak without a hitch. Sorry...but it’s covered in mud again!😊
Such wonderful kind people. They take all the time you need to make sure you know all about your bike. It’s nice to go to a locally owned business who treat you like family and not like just another customer. You can tell they truly care.
