I have left 11 voicemails on the two phone numbers I have on a bill for this company and not one call has been returned. He said my child's insurance will cover the item and I had to call insurance since I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. The insurance company has now filed a complaint and I pray this nightmare will be over soon. I cant even get ahold of anyone to even pick up the equipment! Very infuriating!
