I had a straightforward and quality job. It was small roof repair, inspection for leaks and any other issues and install a ceiling fan. Didn't charge for the qoute, and did the work for agreed price no problem. There were some scheduling issues for not the most professional reasons but I preferred the honesty even if he thought it might have made him look bad which is why 5 instead of 4. Good team, had no issues and didn't charge until job was done.
