Do not work with this contractor. Promised and paid for work is done poorly and/or not completed. I had arranged for work to be done on my front porch - it was never completed and I ended up having to pay someone else to come to my house and fix problems that were created by Lonestar and then complete the work. Please do not work with contractor! Our home had a pipe burst, received payment through insurance company. Insurance company gave checks to mortgage company. Mortgage company paid checks out in 3 installments. Contractor received first check had to complete a percentage of the work, per mortgage home inspector, percentage was completed. Contractor received 2nd installment, never came back to complete anymore work. Be very cautious about working with this contractor. After working very slowly on a job at my home, they just stopped working and disappeared without ever completing the work. They owe me a considerable amount of money from my deposit and they have refused to return the funds. Because the work was on the outside of the house, I eventually had to hire someone else to finish the work so that the house did not suffer damage from the weather. The new contractor had to correct a few things that were not done according to code.
