Unbelievable Customer service. They have answered my calls on weekend and after hours. The three times my septic alarm has gone off, they were on site the same day! Terrible. Unfortunately just a brutal experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend anyone using there services. I don't know about the owner Wade but we dealt with a lady on the phone named Tiffany which had been rude to my wife and myself it seemed like from the get go. Which is sad because we like to keep our business local. We ended our relationship with this company after only a month or two they offered to refund us our contract money because neither party was happy with each other or services claiming to be rende... read more
I called Lonestar Aerobic Systems to check an aerobic overflow issue. Wade came out in the rain to fix the issue. He also gave me an orientation of the system to prevent the issue in the future. I was very relieved he fixed the problem. http://www.lonestaras.com/
