We stayed at Lonesome Pine Cabins from 2/26 for two nights and loved it. The cabin was super clean, cozy, and perfect for two people. The wood interior and mountain views were beautiful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch swing. The cabin is located on top of a mountain, and the drive up had some deep curves and narrow roads that made me a little nervous. But once we arrived, the scenery was worth it. The Jacuzzi had a few issues with the water temperature and a broken knob, but outside of that, everything was wonderful.... read more
The cabin was great! We spent a quiet weekend on the parkway at the best spot. The cabin is so clean and welcoming and the front porch is perfect to sit and sip your coffee. It was tucked away right off the parkway but a short drive to local restaurants and only about 20-25 minutes to Galax for more shopping and dinner options. I would absolutely recommend this spot to others and will definitely be going back!

Me and my wife go for our anniversary every year for the past several years. We love it. We've stayed in 4 or 5 of them. Always clean and comfortable. Look forward to going back again.
We stay here twice a year but need to go more. It’s our home away from home. It’s a special place for us. Beautiful views and the cabins are so clean. We spent our honeymoon here and we always go on our anniversary and my birthday. The staff always go above and beyond for their guest. My husband called ahead and had the cabin decorated for my birthday and the stuff didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful inside. We love this place and will continue to enjoy it for years to come.
