We moved to Sunrise Beach a few months ago and have driven by a hundred times. We looked up the restaurant online and we got curious. So, today we went for breakfast and it was amazing! The food was 5 star and the service was perfect. It’s great to know that we have such a great restaurant so close to us. Definitely will be back for lunch as soon as possible.
This was an unexpected surprise! We were on our way to north Texas for a family birthday weekend and got hungry so my wife searched for something near us on the interstate and found this lonely pal gem; seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Given the desolate scrub brush landscape I was skeptical there was anything better than a greasy-spoon dive out there. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience yesterday after church. Our server was lovely and apologetic, however it took 2 hours!!! to get our food due to “being short staffed”. Noticed a lot of staff standing around instead of helping the kitchen or refilling drinks or giving status of our order. A lot of people walked out and wished we would have sooner but gave them a chance. Food was just ok when we got it finally. Will not be back.
Absolutely incredible service and food.
5 out of 5 stars!!! The food is always amazing! Mixed drinks are very well prepared. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend! We have been on several occasions with large groups (8 to 10 people), as well as small 4 top. I do recommend making a reservation if its a large group.
