Front desk gal told me I had the wrong time for the appointment even though the text I received from them said my time was correct. She was very rude and unhelpful. They also always have overcharged me even though our insurance is supposed to cover 100%. We will not be coming back. I have switched my kids over to another more respectable, kind, and honest dentist.
My wonderful pediatrician recommended this location. All of the staff at Lone Tree Pediatric Dentistry were extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They did their best to make my child feel comfortable as any medical visit for a toddler can be intimidating. Really appreciate the excellent level of care and that they encourage preventative health which starts with consistent healthy habits at home. They also accept a wide selection of insurance which is really helpful.
