An absolutely unacceptable experience. Upon my arrival, the front desk was completely deserted. There wasn't a single staff member on site to welcome guests, just a completely empty lobby and total abandonment. After waiting for a long time, I finally managed to find a phone number to contact. I called and eventually got hold of someone who casually assured me that someone was on their way. The result? Another few minutes of wasting my time, waiting around alone in the lobby. The outcome? We had a great experience here. Rooms were clean, with microwave, refrigerator and easy access. The place is very clean and very affordable. They offered Continental Breakfast until 10 am MT.

Best deal around for a hotel in the area, you just can’t beat it; second cheapest is the Richland Inn down the street which is also a good choice when this place is full. Have stayed here for work for months at a time and even when I’m just passing through town. It’s older and could use some TLC; you can tell it’s seen a lot, but for the price it’s literally fine. Customer service was amazing. Christina was friendly and made me and my children feel welcomed! The hotel though had a horrible smell,dogs barking constantly, people outside fighting. The room was clean and you got what you paid. It was okay for a night on a budget but next ill splurge for the best western next door before staying here again. Christina would be the only reason I'd return.
