Front desk lady is incredibly rude for no reason. Always has an attitude. Not a welcoming or friendly establishment. Wouldn’t recommend to families.
I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for January 16 that I needed to cancel. I called on January 12 and 13, but the phone rang repeatedly with no answer. I was eventually placed on hold for about 15 minutes, and no one came back on the line. It wasn’t a big deal at all, but I made a mental note to try again the next day. This is a wonderful practice, everyone was very friendly and considerate. This was my first visit to this office and I cannot say enough about my hygienist, Ashley. I hadn't had a cleaning in a long time and have several dental issues I was worried about, she was very thorough and did not make me feel judged for letting my dental care fall behind.
