TENANTS BEWARE! Homes are sub-par. Expect to have MANY problems as either a renter or buyer. They don't care about you or the neighborhood. They will LITERALLY cite you with a violation in hopes to make more money off of you. Prime example, they will drive through the neighborhood ON TRASH DAY and cite you for the bins being out in the open shortly after pickup.
