I had a previous water softener that lasted about 10 years and when it failed I researched a lot of companies. I ended up deciding on Lone Star and am very pleased with their service, honesty, equipment, and performance. We have had the unit running for over a month now an absolutely love it! Thank you Garrett and Lone Star. I would highly recommend using them over one of the larger companies based on previous experience!
Russell was prompt, communicative and helpful. It's nice to know there are still businesses out there that really care.
Garret and Russel are great. After the setup was complete I asked them to come back and reposition the tanks for me. Garret graciously agreed and within a couple of days they came back and repositioned them Great customer service!
