I first called into Lone Star Water Services to inquire about a water softener. I spoke with Harry who was very informative on the quality of water we have in the hill country and the benefits a quality water softener system could provide. Garrett (Harry's brother and owner) came out a few days later to install my new system. They did quick, efficient work and walked me through the system. Highly recommended! Honest, fair pricing (it's on their website) and excellent service. No high-pressure sales tactics. Garrett is extremely knowledgable and he came out and installed the system the next week. Other companies were quoting $10K+ for their proprietary systems. I immediately noticed the change in water quality. If you are thinking about a water softener, give these guys a call.
I had Russell come by my house in Kyle to check my water system after I purchased the home. After reviewing everything, he told me the system is in good condition and doesn’t need to be replaced for at least a few years. He also mentioned that he wouldn’t charge me for the visit.It’s rare these days to come across such honest people. I will definitely call them again when the time comes.
Outstanding service and installation. They use the very best water softener brand, Clack. System looks great in the garage and they tucked it away in a tight corner. Would definitely recommend.
