I feel like going to a new doctor is always intimidating, but the group at Lone Star Vision took away that uncomfortable feeling immediately as soon as I stepped through the door. I had to reschedule twice because of work conflicts and they were responsive and understanding. They also made my visit feel very comfortable and were patient with all of my questions. These people are awesome! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
My visit was wonderful! Nikita, at the front desk, was very personable and knowledgeable about the forms I needed to sign, which was amazing. Dr. Alejos was also very helpful and kind and explained all of my exam results, and I appreciated that! Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
All of the staff members were super polite and helpful. The tech and optometrist took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend lone star vision group to a friend or anyone looking for an optometrist in the cedar park area. The office was also kept very clean. Overall I was impressed with their service.
Very helpful, informative and patient with me. They made extra tests although I'm sure it was important to l know either way. I feel better now. I can get the right glasses for me!
My first trip to Lone Star Vision Group was well worth it! The professionals who took information, performed initial vision tests, and provided financial information were delightful! The optometrist was an absolute expert, and I enjoyed the exam particulars. Most importantly, I left with an understanding of my vision progress. Vision Works was just steps away, and I ordered a sweet pair of glasses!
