I wanted to update my earlier review because I believe it is equally important to recognize when a medical practice takes feedback seriously and makes a genuine effort to address a patient's concerns. After my initial experience, the response from the doctors and management was excellent. Dr. Alejos and the staff at Lone Star Vision Group were professional, thorough, and very enjoyable to be around. I had a great experience and was kept informed every step of the way. I will definitely be back and I’m thankful they were able to get me in so quickly.
Very disappointing experience. The staff came across as unprofessional, poorly trained, and lacking basic empathy and communication. I visited on Saturday and specifically provided the correct pharmacy address for my prescription. The staff confirmed the pharmacy details and told me the prescription would be sent there. However, when I went to the pharmacy, they had received nothing.
