I broke the glass tube on my subohm tank. In a frantic, I called around town only to be greeted with a lot of "come in and we'll set you up some new hardware. " Finally, I landed on Lone Star. They told me exactly what they had in stock to fix my tank. Showed up and the friendly staff knew me when I hit the door. Replaced the glass, cleaned all components in my tank, built me a coil and rewicked it. Only charged me for the glass! You, sirs, have EARNED a customer for life! Thank you for just being awesome!

Love this store! We have been to many Vapor stores all around the country and this is by far the best. The customer service is Top Notch. Its a very laid back, comfortable atmosphere with tons of awesome products to choose from. There is no pressure to buy something, you can just go in to hang out and learn or relax if you would like. The rewards program is really cool, its very easy to score free juice just by scanning your card when you do buy something. Customer only parking and complimentary beverages too.
First time visiting and was Very Impressed with the amount of equipment and accessories... By far the best store I've visited in San Antonio. Staff was very helpful with explaining the differences in gauges in wire and how to build a coil. Got home and immediately built coil for my setup and am ecstatic with the outcome. Thanks for the advice and I will be seeing you guys Alot more in the future for all of my needs!!!

Being from Shreveport, I was starting to get frustrated at the lack of quality juice in the area... but once I tried here my mind was changed. Awesome employees and amazing juice. Ill definitely be coming here when I'm in the area!
