Absolutely the worst delivery company ever experienced. Nordstroms is wasting time and money on this outfit. FedEx, UPS, Amazon and others never have a problem delivering to my address. Lone Star couldn't find their ass with both hands! Can't be reached by phone, response to email says "we'll get back to you on 7 days." Total bullshit way to run a company.
