Update: decided to give it one more shot. Nothing has changed. Servers are still overworked. Ordered fajitas, had a couple then had to wait until everything was cold before we could finally get more tortillas. We also ordered a "Nashville Chicken Sandwich" which was almost completely dry, literally just fried chicken on a bun with pickels. No sauce. By the time they brought sauce out it was cold.
