Great wings!!!
We went to Lone Star yesterday evening (Thurs) arriving at 7:30 pm & it took 15 mins and me getting up to ask for service. We were not given any napkins with our appetizer, also had to request cutlery with our food. Manager asked how everything was & I said "different" describing issues-she offered NO apology. Also we had a table behind us that was extremely loud! Then after the meal my wine was removed without me finishing it! Horrible experience & terrible service. Food was meh ...do not recommend.
Twilight was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, and welcoming from the moment we walked in with a warm smile, which really stood out and created such a positive atmosphere at the restaurant. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire dining experience memorable. Truly outstanding customer service. Excellent Food and Great options for all!
We've been to Lonestar many times but it's been a while. Our service was always iffy-okay at best but today Savannah was our server and she was so amazing! We have two teens who seem to chug back their drinks and she kept up with them, no problem. My son's food had a minor issue and she got it fixed right away. We had a very nice family dinner. First sit down dinner in a while. We really enjoyed it. Thank you Savannah!
