I’ve been to multiple lonestar locations but this one really was a real disappointment. My husband and I finally got our first date night away from the kids and wanted to treat ourselves to a place we thought we loved. Our server was not warm or welcoming. The sauce my husband ordered was wrong and the very first bite of my birria tacos was pure fat. I couldn’t even eat one full taco. My sweet potato fries were cold and looked burnt. 5 stars all around! Best location in ottawa! I usually would find myself at the St. Laurent location, but today I find myself here, greeted by the most welcoming of staff, served a very generous plate of hot and delicious food! So happy with my lunch choice today! Thanks lone star baseline!!
