Tonight we celebrated a 10yr old anniversary. Everything went perfect. The manager Rockstar delivered with over the top hospitality. 👌 we had a server named Cider she gave us an amazing customer service experience. She was bubbly and very professional and courteous. The food was excellent and well prepared. If your looking for a great night out, this is your place. We even had our service dog Sadie join us 😃
Food cold in the middle. Theye did offer to redo the plate for us and it was about the same. Seems like the enchiladas are just microwaved or something. We waited a very long time between server visits, and when we did finally get the bill they charged twice for the same dish. That was in error and they took one off. Still no discount overall for the downfall visit, just didnt have to pay twice. This restaurant chain is not what it used to be.
I think we were forgotten. A waiter finally appeared and apologized and said he was taking over. The food was mediocre. The chicken quesadillas had very little chicken for the price. I won’t be in a hurry to return. Not how I remember this place from a couple of years ago
