Great facility and mgmt. I needed a place fast (same day) bc of shipping screwup. Lone star got it set up and billing was clear and easy to pay from overseas. Overall super deal, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend
I've been a customer of Lone Star Storage in New Braunfels for about four years and I've been very pleased with them throughout that time. They were super flexible with moving in and were always kind and helpful anytime I needed to call them for anything. I always felt like my stuff was safe at their facility which they do a great job of keeping clean and nicely maintained. If I ever need to store my stuff again I'll be sure to call them up. Thanks!
I've used Lonestar Storage off and on for over 4 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The most recent time we rented a space my property was destroyed by rodents. Make sure you get storage insurance(didn't even realize that was a thing until now)!! They have a clause in the contract that they aren't liable for damage and refer you to claim on your own insurance. Might look elsewhere, they seem to have an issue with rodents.
