The team at LSSM is OUTSTANDING! Last year I was about 3 weeks into the hospital dying of COVID not improving and my wife comes home from church to the dishwasher she started a cycle on before church flooded the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ruined our hardwood floors, destroyed the drywall and caused mildo and mold all throughout the cabinets a true nightmare. We had a water heater break in our attic. The first person I called at 1 am was Lone Star State Mitigation. They came first thing in morning and documented all the damage for insurance company. Then stated the drying out process. The had a contractor come over priced out what the remodel would cost. This made it so easy working with State auto insurance. I highly recommend Lone Star State Mitigation and Owner's Michael and Katti Smith.
