I requested a quote for 2 ACs or heat pump systems for my duplexes. Jake quoted me an AC/electric resistance heater combination even though electric resistance heating is prohibited by international and Bryan/College Station city codes. (He said he was just replacing what was present already with comparable units, which probably met code when they were installed 10-15 years ago.)
