Reasonable and friendly
Called to get price and availability for dropping off shredding, was told to call before I headed that way. I called and was told that there would be someone there to unload my boxes and bags of documents When I arrived I was told no one was able to help unload today and was given multiple excuses as to why they couldn’t help and why I had been told I could drop off.
