Hello, I contacted Mason at Lone Star Safe Rooms for an estimate for a storm shelter installed in my home. He gave me a lot of information and answered all of my questions, including pricing. He drove out to my home which is approximately two hours from his business and helped us with placement of where our shelter should be inside of our home. Mason assisted us with finding the best spot in our home for the room and provided us with up- front pricing which included all costs. Mason was a great communicator and responded very quickly to all my various emails and phone calls regarding our project. The installers did a great job, showed up on time and left the site clean. Our new safe room awesome! Great quality and super heavy duty. You can’t go wrong with Lonestar Safe Rooms! They can custom build a safe room to fit in any space.
It is totally worth having it! We got hit by the storm on 5/22/24 that was part of the EF2 tornado that affected West Temple. We went into our above ground storm shelter that was installed in April 2024. During the storm the sound and vibration were horrible. We sensed the pressure changes. Very scary, but we were safe!
