I don’t know how they stay in business! They have had our camper in their shop for almost a year now and it is still not repaired! Now our roof is leaking and they don’t want to repair it because it is a maintenance issue, HOW CAN YOU MAINTANINCE SOMETING THAT YOU HAVENT HAD IN YOUR POSSESSION FOR A YEAR? Bottom line is once they get your money they don’t care about any issues you have with your camper. I have no idea how these people stay in business. I bought a bumper pull from them that they couldn't wait to shove me into. They made very little effort to help with financing, therefore I paid cash to the tune of $12,500.00. I ended up with a 27 ft. Cherokee RV, and my husband kept saying the floor was sticky humid wet. I got under the trailer and touched the floor from the bottom and sure as heck it was mushy. Gone!!! I had the RV for 2 months and I traded it off. Not sure how this place stays in business – My husband had stopped in with his coworkers earlier in the week to look @ some 5th wheels. He & his coworker thought the saleman was very arrogant and was more worried about how they were going to pay for the RV than want they were looking for. I wanted to look @ the Brookstone 5th Wheels we were very interested in buying one. So we went back hoping not to get the same salemans no luck there! This man was so rude!! Horrible – I purchased a travel trailer from their north side store so when it needed repairs i took it to their south side store after many excuses and promises after 6 months they havn't even touched it so needless to say i finally went and picked it up and took it somewhere else. I would steer clear of this place at all cost their service department is awfull. I have recently found ot that the trailer had roof problems when i bought it stay away from these crooks.

Horrible salesman – We were in the market for a new fifth wheel trailer and stopped in at lonestar rv. It didn't take us long finding what we wanted and instantly fell in love with a particular trailer. Over the next few weeks, we did some research and when we back in several times to look some more and ask some questions, the salesman was completely non-chalant and unhelpful. Stay Away Service! – Spent $30k on a 5th wheel, brought it back after 3 weeks(1 weekend trip) with a list of 10 items needing attention. Made an appointment, was never contacted. Each time was asked to call back in a couple days; would be called back by a certain date, but never got the call; told technician was pulled off for RVs sold at boat show; told it would be ready this evening and still not ready next day when I showed up, etc. So here's the deal.....If you want a great sales experience, you might got to LoneStar RV,... read more
