Lone Star Rain Systems installed a complete rain catchment system for our home in Waring Texas. We are totally satisfied with the quality and timely completion of their work. LSRS consulted, installed a tank, filtration system, piping, and gutters (in appropriate colors). The installation crew finished exactly when initially promised. Both the administrative and installation personnel were exceptional in the quality of their communication and work. They might show up, they might not. Depends on how much money you’re paying. Expect to wait multiple weeks, and get canceled on last minute if something else is more important to them. If you’re local to Canyon Lake..you’re better off calling someone else. Workers are good…management is not.
Wow, I look over these reviews and I wonder why I did not get this kind of service. I was very patient and understanding. I was told they would send technicians for warranty work for literally months before one showed up after my repeated calling and then sending a message saying I was giving up on them. Almost all of my gutters were leaking after installation. Most of my gutter connection had no caulking in them.
