I needed a rain gutter and downspout tied into an existing rainwater system on our property, and nobody ever got back to me. It took 2 weeks alone just to get someone out to give me a consultation and after that I never heard from them again. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time.
The people at Lone Star Rain were all professional. Brian and his crew worked hard to get the job done. They would call before they arrived and answer all questions I had as they were progressing. They did it all, from gutter and downspout installation, solid base construction, 2,000 gallon tank, and certified electrical work to hook up the electric pump in compliance with City code. I'm very pleased.
I am very happy with the rain water System that Long Star Rain water just finished at Our Home. Brian did an Outstanding Job on All of the three projects that We had Him and His Team completed and some extra stuff that came up. Brian is Very Trustworthy and a Man of His Word. Lone Star Rain Systems installed a complete rain catchment system for our home in Waring Texas. We are totally satisfied with the quality and timely completion of their work. LSRS consulted, installed a tank, filtration system, piping, and gutters (in appropriate colors). The installation crew finished exactly when initially promised.
