Stay far away from this place. They made me wait two months for an appointment. I rearranged my schedule to be there on the day they confirmed, only to be told after I completed numerous check-in forms that I wasn’t actually scheduled. I showed them four confirmation emails, but the front desk simply said it wasn’t their fault, asked who had called me, and told me the best they could do was try to reschedule me. I was supposed to have a tele appointment (12pm on 5/7/26) and they called to start my appt 1 hour before my set time? Which whoever scheduled me did it when their office was apparently closed for lunch?? Most tele appointments call a few minutes beforehand or a few mins after the appointment time to check you in before transferring to the Dr. They even gave me the timeframe in the email, I followed all their steps. Dr. Saeed was recommended to me from my primary doctor i have been to seeing him now for about 2 years. All staff is very friendly, professional & Dr. Saeed really listens when you discuss your medical problems & cares about your wellbeing. I never have to wait very long until i get to see the doctor. The office are alway very clean. They have a huge waiting room area. I am very pleased with all services i have received so far ty
