Staff courteous and efficient. I was seen in a timely manner. The Dr. was attentive and allowed for questions regarding previous reports and answered my questions about the differences between home sleep study and clinical sleep study, which I had in the past.
Please take the negative reviews seriously when choosing this office. The front office staff is the heart of any office. Samantha was beyond rude. She continually cut me off. Even ended the call by hanging up in my face when asked to submit information that was missed in error. She’s a real winner that one. I gave two stars simply because I received a call back from Ben who was a true gem. His communication was caring and helpful! Even provided his direct contact information for any further questions.
Dr. Saeed, you were wonderful! I had a great experience and you took the time to explain things and answer questions.
This is my first visit. These guys open at 0:900. My appt was scheduled for 08:45? I arrive to find the window closed and they're clock set 5 minutes slow. They didn't open the window to talk to patients until their "slow" clock hits 09:00. It is now 09:30 and I am still in the lobby waiting to be seen. How can the doctor be late when you are the first appt of the day? And, if I'm late, they charge $50. I haven't even got through the door and already this is a bad experience.
Frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe my experience here. I originally needed to make contact regarding a change in my insurance at the start of the year. I left two voicemails over two separate weeks, and received no callbacks in regards to either. I expressed my concerns about this lack of communication, as I was relying on their information before taking off from work and making the trip here for my appointments.
