Integrity and Quality. Key words when dealing with Shawn Powell and Lone Star Pool & Patio. I consulted with 3 other companies before I settled on Lone Star. One company completely everything I said I wanted and dictated the pool they wanted to build. Needless to say they were off the list. My build was a complete collaboration effort. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY AFTER INITIAL WORK After experiencing failure after a few months of the initial work, and attempting for 3 years to contact Shawn/Lonestar Pools and have warranty repairs, we have concluded the above statement to be more than true. We feel like we gave him more than ample time to rectify the multiple issues. (work done BEFORE Covid) Buyer beware!

Did a great job on our pool resurfacing that we can tell so far. The deck that they removed and replaced with stamped concrete not so much. The deck has cracked all over! It’s a mess! Our prior deck they removed had 1 cracked spot in it after 18 years. This deck tons of cracks after 2 years. Yes we reached out and they take zero responsibility! I was shocked since Shawn seemed so honest. Guess next time I will go with a big band that backs their workmanship and product.
