What a great experience! We called about a week ago to have a bbq line hooked up at our new place, they got back to us right away with a great quote. Setting up a time for installation was easy, they were on time and the new line looks great. Our technician Matthew was friendly and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even fixed something our builder had missed! I would absolutely recommend Lonestar to anyone looking for gas fitting needs!
Really disappointed with how quickly this company has gone downhill. We have used them for years and years and was shocked at their last visit. It will be our last time working with them- they failed to provide satisfactory service, but almost worse, they aren’t doing anything to make it right. - asked them to come out and change a faucet. Hired these guys several times previously and were great. This last time they charged me for faucet install and left with it leaking.
