We recently had a new power vented hot water tank installed by Lonestar replacing two standard venting tanks. We have used them before for previous plumbing work, and they were able to fit us in quickly when we requested the install. They provided an estimate via email after seeing photos I had provided of the old setup. We found they carried out the install of our new hot water tank in a proffesional manner. What a great experience! We called about a week ago to have a bbq line hooked up at our new place, they got back to us right away with a great quote. Setting up a time for installation was easy, they were on time and the new line looks great. Our technician Matthew was friendly and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He even fixed something our builder had missed! I would absolutely recommend Lonestar to anyone looking for gas fitting needs!
Really disappointed with how quickly this company has gone downhill. We have used them for years and years and was shocked at their last visit. It will be our last time working with them- they failed to provide satisfactory service, but almost worse, they aren’t doing anything to make it right. - asked them to come out and change a faucet.
