Great pharmacy and wonderful employees! I'm so glad my family made the switch. Sometimes the wait time can be longer than they said, but at least they have our medication. Can't say enough positive things about the Lone Star Pharm! 2026 Update The pharmacy has gone downhill! There's such a lack of communication about refills, pre authorizations and backorders. Comes off as pure laziness. Gaylen has no clue what hes doing and has a terrible attitude whether on the phone or thru the drive thru.
Well I went back on 3/9/26 @ 9:45, and not a single employee of the 3, I saw would acknowledge my presents at the counter, I waited for 5 minutes and then left...
