This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered a package from Nordstrom and one of the shipments was through LSO while the others were from UPS and Fedex. Both UPS and Fedex arrived promptly. However, the LSO package never arrived even though I got a notification that it was delivered to my door at 8pm. Wouldn’t recommend using if you actually want to receive your mail. I waited three weeks for a package that was shipped from the same city I’m in and I finally called for them to tell me they were “unable to access” my location. They said they’d try to deliver it the next day and call me if there was any issue. No call. No mail. Terrible. Money down the drain.

Received a “unable to deliver” notification for my package which was supposed to be delivered to my job which was clearly open. I was there all day & not once did they even try to deliver. They never pulled in, nor did they give a reason WHY they couldn’t deliver. The driver’s are just plain lazy and want the customers to do the job for them. Customer service is unhelpful, managers are constantly unavailable, and drivers are allowed to mark packages as undeliverable due to emergency conditions just to close out a delivery because they “didn’t have time to make delivery”.
