February 9 I had a hysterectomy done, Before the procedure I was very terrified and scared not to know what was going to happen Dr. kethireddy and her staff Made me feel really comfortable on explaining the procedure to me, I highly recommend this doctor and her stuff for anyone else That may need to have a hysterectomy done, It’s been two weeks since I’ve had my surgery and I feel amazing thank you again Dr. Kethireddy and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for eight years and she has been my OB for three pregnancies. Dr. Jacobs and the nurses and staff have always been very nice and caring. I never feel rushed but always like I matter and am being listened to.

I've been here three times for an annual. The wait period to get to the exam room has always been very long. The doctors have too many patients. The nurse working with my doctor (Dr. Cerny-Leecock) acted so annoyed to have to deal with me. I don't want to be here either, sister. When I was at the nurses station Gavin my weight taken, etc. one of the doctors was screaming on he phone in her office about something that happened at the hospital that morning. Dr. Haun is an absolutely amazing doctor! She is so patient and kind and will not rush you out the door like most doctors do. I would recommend her to anyone!

I HAD BEEN SEEING THEM FOR TWO MONTHS AND BOTH TIMES I WAS SICK THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME. I HAD TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. MIND YOU I WAS FOUR MONTHS PREGNANT AND ON TOP OF THAT THEIR AFTER HOURS CALL LINE FOR THE ON CALL NURSE IS USELESS AND ALWAYS HAS SOME REASON TO TELL YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEFOLLOWING MORNING OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. WHO'S RUNNING THE SHOW?

I've been going to Lone Star OB/GYN since my second pregnancy back in Feb 08 and have fallen in love with the doctors and staff. They are very punctual when it comes to getting you in close to your appointment time. (Obviously they will run late if your doctor had an emergency surgery or something, but the will let you know). The ladies at the front desk are absolutely awesome....NO Rude nurses or staff...they are very personable and make you feel at home. I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Jacobs for over seven years now. Aside from my regular check-ups, I have also seen her for three pregnancies and subsequent deliveries. I was blessed to have her deliver all three of my babies. I cannot say enough good about my doctor or her staff. Everyone there treats me like family with genuine care and concern. I have been a patient for almost 4 years now and have never had a negative experience. I have seen several of the physicians in the group as well as the midwives while my doctor was out or had an emergency. I would recommend any one of the doctors to handle your needs =0). From the moment I walk in the door I am always greated and since I have been going there I am always asked how I'm doing and how is the family.
