Lone Star Neurology is the most unprofessional, disorganized, incompetent, apathetic, irresponsible, and rude office staff I have ever encountered. There are two office locations, Denton and Frisco. Each office blames the other when there are problems, and there are always problems. Virtually no one in either office can speak understandable English. I am a new patient at Lone Star Neurology. I am going through testing and evaluation phase and so far I am very pleased with Lone Star Neurology. Dr. Shuklar is very professional and so far I am happy for the referral to this office. One of the staff, Chelsea, has performed testing on me twice and she is wonderful at explaining every step of the tests and putting me at ease since this is all new to me.
