This place is a scam. My brother initially came to their office due to a seizure about 2 1/2 years ago. Last year he started working overseas for a contract job and was told he needed medical clearance regarding his seizures. Long story short, my insurance asked me to reach out to ******** for billing codes for an appointment I had. I sent a message on 4/9/24 asking what billing codes they sent with my referral and on 4/10/24 ******** sent me a termination email. I inquired about why I was terminated and then a month later, ******** sent me a random bill for $60. This place gave me a really bad experience, I had an appointment and got there a couple minutes late, they said I ******* get in the schedule and I had to re-schedule. Rescheduling my appointment puts me two weeks after that when its time for my appointment I arrive 30 minutes early. Keep in mind its an almost 2 Hour drive from my house.
