If you bank here, I hope all you ever need is a checking account. Ran into so many other issues--especially with international business clients. Staff was good, upper management not so much

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Would Highly Suggest going to this Lone Star Bank! Has nice Decor, polished floors, and a seemingly passionate team! Of the team I was fortunate enough to run into Mario Garcia, a Universal Banker who instantly greeted me as I entered the door and was incredibly polite and seemed to be well known even by various clients and customers! Would Bank with them again!

Beware if you have complicated matters, especially international. We were told we would have to register with the federal government as a Non Financial Banking Institution in order to work on international client matters. (???) When I questioned them because it was clearly wrong, they closed my accounts to cover their butt. If you bank here, I hope all you ever need is a checking account (and even then, good luck, because I had myriad other issues with simple things).
