I would like to compliment the efforts of Lone Star Medical in getting my mom to and from her appointment. We arrived on time and were treated with kindness and professionalism by both drivers. The dispatcher even rescheduled our pick-up time for my mom because her appointment ended early.

We used Lonestar for my mom's pre op surgery appointment and after we got there we found out that the lab was NOT in the same building! so my mom had to be driven to another location, our driver Allen was awesome and accommodating, we had no idea how to get there so he offered to let my dad and I follow him to the location and even helped us find a parking spot! I really appreciate the extra compassion shown during these difficult times in our lives ♥️
