These folks are great! Friendly, took care of our problem very quickly, and fair pricing. I’ll be using them again!
Lone Star was amazing! We had a furnace that wouldn’t work. They showed up at a decent time with an early enough heads up. The tech and his helper made things fast, easy, and explained everything so we understood what happened. This made things easy for us as we have newborn and wanted to be ready for the Texas winter! I would give 100 star rating if possible! If you need mobile service call them! If you have to wait for service it’s because they are great at what they do!
Called about a leak from my hot water heater. They said 2 weeks before they could send someone out to see if it is warranty work. They then offered “emergency after hours” service to come out in 1 week. Scam artists. I found another mechanic. He will be here tomorrow afternoon. Call around. There are still honest mechanics in this state. Response to business. My review stands as fact. I never once mentioned the cost of your "emergency after hours" appointment. We live in north east Arkansas we’re down in south Texas and refrigerator went out the dealer we bought camper from went out of business and warranty was not even in effect they help me get ahold of them we got it straightened out and they ordered a new refrigerator and Kevin and his apprentice came out done outstanding job installing it i highly recommended this company for a job well done
Once again Lone Star RV Service was absolutely fantastic in every way. The 2 Techs who came out quickly repaired our Water heater and also checked our roof for free before wrapping up. Very knowledgeable, respectful and caring team. Great job well done. Thanks so much We are retired and over 65 so great to see younger people who are taking pride in their work.
