I expected premium service from Mercedes, but the experience at Lone Star was far from it. The shuttle service is done in a Chrysler van, where 3–4 people are picked up and dropped off one by one — it feels more like Uber Economy or a school bus than a luxury brand experience. Good service and friendly staff.
Krista is awesome! She made the whole service process smooth, professional, and stress-free. She kept me updated at every step, clearly explained the work being done, and ensured my Mercedes was ready right on time. The team at Lone Star did an excellent job replacing my spark plugs and air filter — the car runs perfectly now. I really appreciate the friendly and professional service
