I was at the office when a reviewer below giving 1 star barged in (more on that in a second). I found the staff was nice, and the office is in a good location. Dr Patel is very attentive and helped to set everything up I needed. Anyways, when I was roomed, the reviewer below (initials P.P.) barged in yelling at staff at the front desk so loudly that I could hear everything she was spiting out. Dr Patel I thought had my best interest at heart. I was wrong, problem's with two different prescriptions. After trying to reach his office six different times and getting no reply back I went to the office. By this time I have to say I was irritated. They put me in a room, Dr. Patel did come in but really did not want to deal with the issues. The staff had dropped the ball on both issues. Dr Patel is very thorough and has helped tremendously with sleep apnea issues!
Dr. Patel changed my life. Wish I would’ve seen him sooner. Definitely recommend him for treatment.
