Charged me $30.00 (cash / no receipt) to change three light bulbs in my car even though I supplied the parts!!!!!!! - and then they had to be re-installed a second time because they did it wrong the first time!!!!!! - and I had to help out!!!!!!
I've been going to this location for many years. All the guys have been personable and courteous. I have never been hesitant to send my wife up there for oil changes and inspections. Most other shops hard sell unnecessary "extras". Edwardo always recommends things that are needed and never pressures. The times we have needed an air filter or whatever I have checked his price on my smart phone and the prices are very reasonable. Very helpful, fair price, clean waiting room. As a single mom it is nice to have a shop I can go to and trust not to sell me items I do not need. I have suggested to many of my friends, and they all have thank me! Thank you Brian, Jacob, Eduardo, and Tanner.
My wife had a simple oil change which took forever on a day that was not very busy. The next morning, the oil filter is on our garage floor. Quite a surprise and not a pleasant one. May wanna watch the employees a little closer or train better.
This place was terrible. The owner was very rude and frankly seemed incompetent. They were not very busy and the simple oil change took over an hours. Will not be back
