They base your service on your GROSS INCOME! I asked who bring home their gross income. This is when I’m told it’s our policy. So if you’re middle class and living under the worst administration ever out of DC and everything cost more just to survive who the hell can it be based on a gross income? Make zero sense. Basically they are telling me we only cater to a certain type of client. Now since I’m a victim seeking help and they refuse to help me. If something happens to me I’ll be sure to inform them that they failed me.
