The rudest lady I've encountered! The website showing the duplexes shows the same duplex for Surrey Ridge and China Spring. I asked which one was which and she kept repeating THEY ARE ALL EXACTLY ALIKE! Well......One has hideous red wallpaper from the 1990's and one does not. If renting from her is as horrible as the conversation on the phone, I will pass!
