I had them remodel one of my bathrooms and it turned into a large hassle. The general contractor was absent most days and his employees that were on site didn't speak english making everything a challenge. They worked very odd hours, often showing up at 3 PM and then had to be kicked out around 7 PM. They left horrendous grout haze on all tile which I had to hire another contractor to fix. These guys are the best, had some work done and they were in and out. Professional and very hard working guys. Honesty is the main goal here, they have it. Unlike some other shady businesses in this line of work.
What a wonderful experience! I really didn’t have a vision for my master bathroom remodel. John was so patient with me and helped to guide me with great suggestions. I even changed my mind (more than once) on some things after my original commitment and he said “no problem.” The whole team was wonderful, professional and did an amazing job! I had to suddenly convert my old tub/ shower with a walk-in shower in my second floor condo. My husband had emergency spine surgery and couldn't get into the tub. Lone Star remodeling came in, started within 4 days of my first phone call. Done, short of shower glass door ( due in 2 days) in 5 days.
