wish I would have read these reviews first. I would not hire him again. Called him about a leak, said we needed a new pump (unrelated to where the leak was) changed the pump and never fixed the leak. Could have changed the pump myself, the leak was where the discharge pipe is. He works slow, he would say he would be here the next morning, didn't show up, then he would say he would be here first thing the next morning wouldn't show up until late noon and blame it on earlier appointment (heard that in one of the comments). Limited to one star minimum. Owner.. Scott Knoll convinced our Manager to make changes to our community pool which included a new chlorinator. The equipment has not worked properly for over six weeks. When we contacted Mr Knoll regarding exceedingly high chlorine levels and shortcomings in service response- he claimed our inquries to hold his performance accountable- were abusive and he was dropping our account. Literally the worst pool service we’ve ever had. The owner clearly has no respect for his customers and couldn’t care less wether they are satisfied! We’ve had to “repair” several things since March when we hired them, stuff that was never an issue the whole 3 years we’ve had the house! The owner, instead of trying to find a solution and the root of the problem, decided to blame us for our pool being green. Go figure!
