This review is only based on my interaction with the fitter Mike. He was no help. Gave me aids, stuck his finger in my ear to measure it. Asked about various extras, said read the direction book. I went back the next day and Alecia helped with everything Mike should have done. Got different tips that fit, explained how to use the tinnitus masking, showed me how to use the app and volume controls. The receptionist is also great. Avoid Mike.
Great service
This was my first time to seek help for my hearing loss. Aleshia Hill provided exemplary service. She answered my questions directly and completely. She demonstrated courtesy and kindness while also explaining the nature of my hearing loss succinctly but also completely. I have the utmost confidence in her professionalism, competence and caring nature. Mandy, the office manager, is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Heart of Texas Hearing.
Aleshia is absolutely amazing!! She is always there to help when I have an issue with my hearing aids. She is always friendly and upbeat. Thank you for the amazing job that you do!!
