This was my first time to seek help for my hearing loss. Aleshia Hill provided exemplary service. She answered my questions directly and completely. She demonstrated courtesy and kindness while also explaining the nature of my hearing loss succinctly but also completely. I have the utmost confidence in her professionalism, competence and caring nature. Mandy, the office manager, is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Heart of Texas Hearing.

I haven't seen the Dr yet but the staff is great from the lady AR reception to Mike the guy who does testing. Jessica was so kind and let me know what path we would take to get to the bottom of my health issues.
