We have used Lone Star Handpiece repair for a over a decade. They have always been very good with getting our handpieces repaied in a timely manner and have always had great customer service. They have been honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them to any office needing handpieces repaired.
I had six Lares 557 handpieces rebuilt with inferior turbines that are very loud. I sent them back in for them to deal with the issue but all they did was clean and lube them. They are still super loud. I called to discuss the issue but the owner won't let me get a word in edgewise. I have been using Lares handpieces for 42 years and none of them have been this loud.
